Meet the Founder
Jack Chan-Imai, DPT
Dr. Jack earned his B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science from Oregon State University before beginning his career as a personal trainer, where he developed a deep appreciation for the power of movement to transform lives. Inspired to make an even greater impact, he went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy from University of Southern California in 2014, graduating from the nation’s top-ranked program at the time.
He completed advanced orthopedic residency training at USC and became a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, reflecting his commitment to clinical excellence. With more than a decade of experience, Dr. Jack combines hands-on manual therapy, thoughtful patient education, and strategic exercise progression to help individuals recover from sport-related injuries, navigate post-operative rehabilitation, overcome chronic pain, and return to the activities that matter most to them.
In his free time, Jack loves spending time with his beautiful wife and young son, cooking, and diving into a good sci-fi/fantasy story. He is a lifelong martial artist and strives to be active to practice what he preaches.
